Complaints

We have 100% faith in the quality of our service but, for your peace of mind, we have the following complaints policy in place.

In the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with the Steaming Sam service, we request that you inform us as soon as possible - ideally on the same day that we complete the job.

We need to hear full details of your concerns within five working days of the job’s completion. You can call us to run through the problem but it’s always best to confirm your points in writing, either by letter or email.

Remember: the sooner you let us know, the better. Waiting to inform us of your issue could lead to some delays in processing your complaint.

We will do our very best to identify the problem and rectify it as soon as possible. Our aim is always 100% satisfaction, and we work hard to deliver that on every single job.
